To nicely frame the shape of the new driveway in Cheadle Hulme and add definition we also inserted a double border using one solider course and one stretcher course. The solider course lining the edge of the perimeter of the driveway and edge of the house and a stretcher course next to this.

We also built a large step running along the front door made with KL kerb stones in grey to fit in with the colour of the paving and blocks inlaid. The final part of the process when installing the block paving driveway in Cheadle Hulme was to brush into the joints kiln dried sand and we used a wacker plate to ensure the sand was compressed properly into the joints.
