International driveways

Here at Planet Surfacing, we’ve been thoroughly enjoying the World Cup and we’re pretty sad now that the tournament is finally over. What are we supposed to watch on TV now there’s no football? You’d have to have had your head firmly buried in the sand not to take note of the World Cup. Football fever has really been taken to a new level over the past few weeks and it all came to a dramatic climax last night as Germany were crowned winners of the World Cup 2014, beating Argentina 1-0 in an exhilarating game.

To get us over our post-World Cup blues, we’ve decided the best thing to do is throw ourselves into our work; creating the very best driveways in Manchester. And we’ve been stealing some design ideas from the World Cup too! All those different national flags have got our creative juices flowing and got us wondering if we could translate some of the designs into beautiful driveways in Manchester.

It’s not that much of a leap really when you think about it. We’ve already done a pattern imprinted concrete driveway that bears some similarity to the Argentinian flag. One of our most popular designs is the sun which can be found right in the middle of their national flag. Is there a flag that you would like to incorporate into your driveway? Let us know!
