Perfect New Patio in Gatley by Planet Surfacing!
With years of experience transforming the outside space of numerous homes across South Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire, Planet Surfacing have the expertise to not just install a new driveway or patio, but to also carry out all the hard and soft landscaping that inevitably goes with each project.
We are able to create a space that ties the hard landscape such as the patio or paving to the soft landscape such as the trees, shrubs and plants, seamlessly linking the two together. From driveways to patios to pathways and steps, we can accommodate your requirements.
If you have a clear idea of what you want, we will work with this, but if you need some help choosing a scheme or design, don’t worry as we can draw on our experience to make recommendations as to what would work and best utilise the space. We can source all the materials needed for a job.
Planet Surfacing recently completed building a new patio in Gatley. Our customers chose to have the patio done using pattern imprinted concrete and opted for Ashlar for the pattern and classic grey for the colour.
As you can see from the photographs included there were patio doors across the back of the house giving access to the garden. To create a social space leading from the house onto the lawn we built the stunning raised patio with two steps leading down to the garden. As part of this we had to build a retaining wall which meant digging a trench. There was also some quite complicated joinery involved which we were able to complete. We incorporated an over-hanging edge which made for a sleek finish.
Our customers were really pleased with their new patio in Gatley, which is a great focal point while also being functional as an outside leaving space. Using pattern imprinted concrete for their new patio in Gatley also means that very little maintenance is required.
